Return to real foods; fruits, vegetables, whole-grains, nuts, mono-unsaturated fatty acids such as those found in olive oil and avocados, lean proteins and low-fat dairy. It isn’t necessary to follow extremely low-calorie diets, just modify what you are currently eating and make small dietary changes. Small changes turn into big weight losses over time and the best part is, the life-style change means the weight will stay off.
